As part of the Group Strategy & Innovation team at Raiffeisen Bank International, Vid is responsible for identifying emerging technologies and evaluating their impact on the Raiffeisen banking group. His role involves exploring innovative ideas, running pilot projects, and shaping the blockchain strategy of the RBI Group. In recent years, Vid has focused on the impact of blockchain on money and payments, covering RBI’s initiatives on CBDCs and leading a project within a banking consortium to explore the issuance of a EUR stablecoin.
