Vanessa Grellet is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Arche Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm investing at the intersection of digital assets and fintech. With over 20 years of global leadership experience across financial services and technology, she is recognized as a pioneering force in the Web3 and blockchain space.

Before founding Arche Capital, Vanessa was Managing Partner at Aglaé Ventures, where she led the firm’s Web3-focused fund, backing the next generation of blockchain innovators. She previously served as Head of Portfolio Growth at CoinFund and as Executive Director at ConsenSys, where she drove Ethereum adoption through strategic initiatives, partnerships, and ecosystem development.

A key architect of the modern blockchain landscape, Vanessa played an instrumental role in founding influential industry organizations such as the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance (EEA), the Accounting Blockchain Coalition (ABC), and the Blockchain for Social Impact Coalition (BSIC).

Earlier in her career, she was a Strategy Executive at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), focusing on investments and M&A, and a senior member of PwC’s global wealth management practice.

Vanessa is also a Founding Board Member of AABC (Art & Blockchain Collective), a member of PleasrDAO, a Milken Institute Associate, and a contributor to the World Economic Forum’s Digital Future Council. In 2022, she was recognized on Cointelegraph’s list of the 100 Most Influential People in Crypto.

She holds degrees in Business from HEC Paris and in Law from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University, graduating cum laude from both institutions.
