Tobin McComas

Tobin McComas serves as Vice President, Development & Member Services for the Chamber of Digital Commerce. Prior to joining, he spent three years with Openfinance, a trading platform for blockchain based securities. While there, he led the Business Development, Sales, and Marketing teams working closely with issuers, transfer agents, and other ecosystem participants. Between 2008 and 2017, he worked in the Institutional Equities space for CLSA Americas and Sanford C. Bernstein & Co. in New York, London, and Chicago. Before this, he held several roles in development, sales, and account management with UnitedHealthcare and Cigna Healthcare. Tobin earned his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and his undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky.
