Terence Schofield

Terence is the Head of Digital Assets Technology at Point72. In this role, he is responsible for leading the buildout for the firm’s digital assets technology platforms, from trading infrastructure to exploring potential ways to implement blockchain technologies. Previously, Terence was Chief Technology Officer at Pantera Capital, where he ran development and operation for investment systems and lead overall security architecture and design. Prior to joining Pantera, Terence was the CTO of Quantitative Trading & Execution at Cargill Inc., and CTO and Chief Information Security Officer of Lake Hill Capital Management. Terence has also held Senior Software Engineer roles at Thomson Reuters, Barclays, Bloomberg, and Lockheed Martin. He graduated from Villanova University with a B.S. in Computer Engineering.
