Luke is currently Head of Custody for the LMAX Group, leading the development and strategy of the in house built custody solution supporting the LMAX Digital business lines.

Luke has over two decades of experience across Tradfi and digital assets. His 5 years in digital assets has spanned roles as General Manager and VP of Sales with blockchain infrastructure company Blockdaemon and he led the commercial launch of Zodia Custody as Head of Sales and Partnerships when Zodia was spinning out of Standard Chartered Ventures 4+ years ago.

Prior to that he spent 15 years with J.P. Morgan and BNY focussing on post trade solutions for the Custody & Fund Services, Collateral Management, Prime Brokage and Repo/Securities Lending businesses
