Jennifer O'Rourke

Jennifer O’Rourke is an Executive Director at DTCC Digital Assets, leading DTCC’s digital settlement and payment tokens programs, building blockchain tokenized solutions with financial institutions, central banks and global technology companies.

Prior to DTCC, she co-founded and served as President of Attest, a distributed ledger technology-enabled digital identity company. Before that, Jennifer served as the State of Illinois Blockchain Business Liaison and as the Deputy Director of the Office of Entrepreneurship, Innovation & Technology at the Illinois Department of Commerce. She also held a number of strategic and market development positions in the financial services industry.

Jennifer is a member of the SIFMA’s Blockchain Roundtable and the Digital Dollar Project’s Advisory Board. She attended the University of London where she received a Master of Arts and the University of Illinois where she received a Bachelor of Arts.
