Harald Egger

Chief Analyst, Crypto Asset Specialist Erste Asset Management

Harald Egger is a seasoned investment professional with over three decades of experience in asset management, quantitative portfolio engineering, and equity research. He began his career as a Fundamental Equity Analyst at GiroCredit before moving into equity management at Constantia Private Bank. Harald later spent five years at AXA Rosenberg as a Quantitative Portfolio Engineer in San Francisco and London. Since 2001, he has held multiple leadership roles at Erste Asset Management, including CIO, Head of Equities, and Chief Analyst. A CFA charterholder, he also specialises in crypto assets, providing internal education and strategic advisory to the board.
