Carole Michel

Carole is Global Product Manager for the Funds Distribution activity in BNP Paribas’s Securities Services business in Luxembourg. She is in charge of the global Transfer Agent strategy. This role is within the Asset Manager/Asset owners client Line department. She is responsible also of major Digital Transformation Projects and as Global DLT Owner, she is leading all projects related to blockchain technology such as, the last one being the launch of the first tokenized security in Luxembourg. In this regard, Carole is also actively involved in industry initiatives.

Carole started her career at BNP Paribas in 2001 in the Fund Administration department. During more than 15 years she took many roles in this department such as Business Analyst, Project Manager, Migration Manager than she was responsible of different teams specialised in Client Facing, Change Management, Quality & Optimisation.

In 2017, Carole took a position within the Fund Distribution activity as Local then Global Product Manager responsible of the Transfer Agent’s Service Offer.
